Fitbit app only shows resting heart rate, and i can't get my actual heart rate to show.

I replace my phone about a month and a half ago and the app was working fine. Then about a month ago the app updated and the display changed to the resting heart rate and I have not been able to fine out how to change it back.

Let me help you with your missing heart rate. This issue is being investigated by the team so hopefully they will find a solution soon for all users affected. I do appreciate your patience in this matter.
