Fitbit app says Battery empty - it's not! But won't sync now either.

I've been trying to figure out why my Charge 2 won't sync since Oct 21st.

Just noticed that even though I'm half charged the Fitbit app says that the Battery is empty.

Even my "sync now" is greyed out.   Anyone else having this issue??
