I use start a run from inside the app and, while my heart rate is tracked generally, it is not tracked for my run entry. When I go to the map from my exercise entry, the heartrate section says "Not enough hearts rate data available". I see that others are having this problem as well but no forum answers give a real solution. I tried reinstalling the app and restarting the fitbit.
