Fitbit band/face connection

I actually have a Charge 4 but the band/face connection should be similar. The male locking mechanism on the Fitbit face is loose and although it will attach to the band it disconnects when I try to put it on. It will not take the strain of attaching it to my wrist. Can this be sent back to be fixed?
