Fitbit band just fell off

I have been wearing my fitbit daily.  I was at home yesterday and one of the bands literally fell off.  I tried to connect it back unsuccessfully.  I looked up online how to change out a band to make sure I was doing it correctly.  I can snap the other side off and on; it feels real snug.  The other side does not 'snap'.. but it loose when I try to connect it to the watch.  I'm not sure what happened.  I haven't had any problems with it up until yesterday.  HELP!

A similar thing keeps happening to my fit bit.  One side of the band keeps coming undone.  I am afraid will lose it.

@Venis  @Katcubb  Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your wristband is falling off. Try pulling the metal tab on the band to the outside so it properly secures the tracker. If the issue persist then let me know.

I look forward to your reply!

Frustratingly my replacement band (replaced August 2018) has started to do the same thing again and one side won't clip so I dare not wear it in case it slips off and I lose it... I'm gutted!

I tried this and it did not work.  I have taken very good care of my fitbit.  I was just standing in my bedroom when it fell off.  It feels very loose on the side that is falling off.  I did unhook the other side and it almost 'clicks' into place.

Alvaro,

I have the same issue and the fix you suggested did not work. Any ideas as to how I can repair or replace the band?

Yes the Customer Support were very helpful and speedy to resolve my issue by replacing my band as I was still within 2 years warranty.
