My Fitbit band continues to break off from the tracker. Can I get a free replacement band?

Hi DL,

Same issue - Fitbit replaced the bands and within a week the new bands were popping off. My concerns are that I will loose the entire Fitbit tracker when unaware it's fallen off my wrist - I mean, most of us who wear a Fitbit are active, thus the reason for our owning one.  I run 5 miles a day amongst other activities.

The other frustration is that it falls off when I'm sleeping so that I loose that night's data.

This doesn't seem like rocket science to address and researching other posts, it's been an ongoing problem for the past 3 years.
