My son has had his fitbit charge 2 for around 13 months, and a piece on the band has broken. We no longer have the receipt (proof of purchase) and the store we bought it from does not do warranty's. We need help finding a new band in southern tasmania?!? We have tried Rebel and JB HiFi.

Not sure which retailers you can have near you but you can check maybe Australia's autorized retailers here. Also check Amazon but just be area that third party items aren't covered by Fitbit's warranty. Finally I let our Support team know so they can see if they have options for you.
