This morning when I sync my fitbit to my android phone the steps on the front screen are correct but the detailed screen is about 3 hours behind. This also means the step counter for the 250 steps per hour is blank on the front screen for the hours that the detailed screen is missing.
I have restarted my fitbit and uninstalled/re installed the app but it still does it. On syncing to windows it is correct for 60 seconds then reverts to the figures shown on my phone.
Help me please

Let me help you with your data on your Fitbit app and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also try using a different phone to access your data. Finally could you share a screenshot of what you see on the computer and on the phone app?
