Fitbit charge 2 doesn’t connect to MyFitnessPal

Since 2 days Fitbit doesn’t connect to MyFitnessPal. I tried everything from revoke access to connecting-disconnecting both the app from iPhone XS Max and iPad.

I've been having the same problem for months and I've tried every troubleshooting thing and nothing has worked
