My fitbit charge 2 after just 15 months of use not working. After full battery charge and switch it on , in 2-3 minutes it goes off and screen blank . After putting it on charge shows battery complete discharge. Contacted customer care but they dont have a service and only replace fitbit if problem within 1 year. Thinking battery problem I managed to replace the battery but the problem still there.Such a shame fitbit does not provide service for such a expensive product . Can anyone help .

@Jameskalvin It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 is turning off and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.

Already tried all that , still same problem

Battery gets fully charged and then within minutes it goes off. On charge again it shows low battery
