My Fitbit charge 2 has stopped working and I have no idea why. I've only had it for about six months maybe a year Max and during that time the screen did crack at one point but it did not affect the watch but suddenly it's no longer counting my steps. Can you help me?

Hi @Mgmina01  have you tried a restart of your device a few times?
