Fitbit charge 2 is not showing execersise

Hi,

Since last few days , my Fitbit charge -2 as well as of wife is not showing the excersise done by us, like trademil , epilliptor, cycle etc. it only shows steps count only.

Yes, same here. It coincided with an iOS update to 17.6.1. I can enter it manually but it’s not picking it up from the device.

Same here with my charge 2

That's really frustrating. Then there is no point in having it .we Can
maintain in excel sheet in laptop too !
