Hi, I’m hoping someone can help I’ve done absolutely everything by looking at notifications being on turning Bluetooth on and off unpairing and pairing again, deleting app and re installing and my Fitbit still won’t revive text messages, please can someone help 😞

Is it just text messages that are missing or all notifications?
If it's all then when you checked that notifications were on, was that on the fitbit as well as in the app?
A common cause of this is where the Charge 2 is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the problem here?

All notifications setting are turned on on Fitbit app and settings, and on the Fitbit it’s self so I’m sure why it’s not receiving just the messages it’s so frustrating.

I am having the same problem. I receive phone call but not text messages.

Fitbit’s are not cheap either so why won’t it work 😞

I think it has to do with the IOS update it some devices don't give the text notifications mine is one of them it's frustrating that was one of the best features

They have said to try and reset your Fitbit.
If this does not work then they have said they are aware that people are struggling to receive message notifications and there working to try and fix this!

I am having the same issue...started right after I updated my iphone. I know the fitbit app updated as well...I tried all their suggestions and nothing has worked...very frustrating!

Hi All, I’ve done everything I’ve also done an online chat with them and there isn’t anything else we can do but wait as Fitbit are trying to solve the problem.
