Suddenly it stopped working! Tracks everything but the heart rate, therefore no active minutes or workout! I synced, hear rate is on auto, I tried resetting but still does not work.. any advice?

Same. Everything working except for heart rate. Tried resetting multiple times and change the settings from auto to on multiple times as well with no luck.
