I cannot for the life of me get the charge to notify me of texts and phone calls from my iPhone 5s. I have looked up everything that could be wrong and tried it all. I restarted both devices,notifications are turned on in the app and on the Fitbit. Do Not Disturb is not on. I am out of ideas here. Thanks.

In your settings, make sure all of your notifications are green. 

 

Settings / Notifications / Fitbit 

Lock screen, Notification Center, and Banner should all be selected. 

 

That helped me when I had this issue. I had Notification Center de-selected and couldn’t receive text or call notifications. Hope it works for you!
