Fitbit charge 2 won't power on

I powered my fitbit 2 on 7 days ago it was charging and syncing I came back and it was off. No life at all.  black screen does not vibrate when charger is in! Tried rubbing alcohol and holding down the button. 

I've only used it a handful of times. Very disappointed as I starting track and needed it and now can't use it.  Please someone can you help out! Thank you

The Fitbit might be broken or maybe the charger is broken - see if you can find someone with a Fitbit charger that they know works and plug yours in and see it it wakes up.  If it doesn't then it's the device itself that's died.
