so I got my fitbit a month ago and it worked fine, but today I couldn't swipe anywhere and could turn off the fitbit. It could still read the time, read my heart rate and turn on but I could do anything else. I went back to my home and tried to restart it but instead a progress bar showed up. The progress bar has been at 100% for the last 3 hours now, I don't know what is wrong and couldn't find anyone who had the same problem. ps it was working in the morning too

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
