My fitbit charge 3 has horizontal lines across the screen. Few weeks ago was two lines and today I have notices the third one. It make me a little bit worry. I have tries to change the clock face or restart it several times, but lo luck. Please help. Do I need to bring it back, where I have bought it from?

Hi @Krysste the fastest way is to take it back to the place where you bought it. You'd have to check with them on their return or exchange policy. Aftr that, you'd need customer support at Fitbit who would work with you to get this resolved.
