This morning it worked fine until it constantly started to vibrate and flash back and forth from the watch face to the notification screen. I tried to change the watch face but the issue continued. It would not respond to any type of reset (from going to “settings” or holding down the button while charging.) It’s completely dead now. Nothing happens when it’s being charged, the app is “looking” for it, it’s just blank and unresponsive. I haven’t even had the thing for a whole year yet.

Mine did the same thing today. Buzzed and then showed a blank display! Hoping charging will help. App updated info but nothing on screen. Just got mine for Christmas.

Per customer support - go to last page and make sure your charge 3 has latest update first. I updated. But the exact same thing keeps happening. Buzzing, switching from screen wake/notification to main screen. PLUS battery amount does not match phone app, sync amount and watch battery. Different on each. I’m beyond frustrated

Update:
The smiley face came on and I tried to troubleshoot that particular problem. Again, nothing. Could not get it to reset from plugging into the charger. The app can’t even find the darn thing. I will be contacting customer service.

I would attempt a factory reset if the option is available and your Fitbit comes on.
