Fitbit charge 3 is not turning on

I was not using fitbit for few months and now when I tried to charge it nothing happens. The screen do not turn on, the heart sensor lights are not on, and no vibration when I connect to the charging.

 

I followed all the steps mentioned in this forum like cleaning the charging point, trying to hard reset etc but nothing works.

How long did you leave it on charge? According to the following troubleshooting guide, it can take 30 minutes to show any sign of life

If that's not the answer and the other troubleshooting tips don't help then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support
