Hi,

 

I have a Charge 3 that currently won't come.

 

1. The button seems to be frozen. This means I can't press it to do a hard reset.

2. Plugging it into the computer or wall does not turn it on or change the outcome of the button being frozen.

 

Please help.

I'm having same problem and it's very frustrating! I'm ready to toss it in the trash!!
