Love my charge 3 but there are black lines at the top of the screen and it is not holding a charge. I had it charged ti 100% this morning at 9am. It is now 12:00pm and it is dead. I went for a walk and tracked it by the time I got back I had 4% battery left. Last night it was acting weird and kept vibrating and pulsing. Not sure what’s going on with it. Please help!

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not holding a charge and the screen showing white lines. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions. Also try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
