Fitbit charge 3 not showing the correct time anymore and impossible to sync

Since this morning my fitbit shows an incorrect time and syncing with the app is impossible.  After several attemps, I removed my charge 3 from the app and tried to reinstall again, but always receive the message that my charge 3 cannot be connected.  Although my fitbit is still showing the correct number of steps, the time remains incorrect.   I also tried to reset my charge 3, but I never get the fitbit icon on the screen, just a small line that advances and then a smiley.  Same problems remain.  Is there a general problem at fitbit or is there something wrong with my fitbit ?
