Fitbit charge 3 not syncing or holding correct time

My Charge 3 suddenly stopped syncing with my iPhone And is losing time. I followed all troubleshooting suggestions: restarted the Fitbit, turned off Bluetooth, logged out of app and force quit app, turned off phone and restarted after 5 minutes. Bluetooth is not discovering the Fitbit. It is only a year old. Please help!

It was a present from my brother. Last year around nov l think.

My time is fine, and my Fitbit was working well - now suddenly will not sync.  My iPad will not recognize it through Blue tooth and I tried a number of things already.

Call them. This is a problem with so many of them now. They told me it was a software issue and I had to wait indefinitely for it to be fixed. Ask for a supervisor and insist they replace it

They will be sending me a new Fitbit. Call them. Mine was only 6 months led so it was under warranty.

Thank you for your advice, l have contacted Fitbit this morning and they are going to send me a replacement!

I tried everything and then took advice from four and contacted them direct and they are going to send me a replacement. Ring them as so many seem to be having this problem.

Morning.
Contacted Fitbit yesterday.
They said my app was out of date and made some adjustments. Said I should
check for updates on google play.
Wasn't there. No updates pending. Will call back in a bit.

I have completed every step in trouble shooting. I'm holding the button on the left of device (fitbit charge 3) All I can get is the message www.fitbit,com/setup.  How do I get the device to sync with my phone? Apparently I can't get the homescreen.

Yes I called and insisted on speaking to a supervisor. The call person will tell you that it’s a software issue and you have to wait until it’s resolved ... indefinitely. My device kept getting worse and within a week of the first problems nor doesn’t function or turn on at all. From the comments I’ve seen, they are replacing but it may take some persistence

Same. I'm really done fighting with it (especially with not being able to even use it as a watch). Anybody know if any of the other fitbits are better? I had the AltaHR for years and liked it, except for the lack of stair-counting. The Charge 3 is a piece of rubbish, as far as I can tell. And my husband has a Charge 4 and he's had issues with it, as well.

I spoke to them and they said they will replace it. They sent me an email to ask for my address and detail to send me a prepaid packet out l have replied but not had a further reply as yet. My sister in law’s fit bit has also just started doing the same. It sounds like something not as it should be with all these Fitbit’s doing this at same time, doesn’t it?
