@Joannelp Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with this and thank you for previously reaching out to Support. For the screen issue I suggest you restart your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 8 seconds. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

Hope this helps.

Mine keeps doing the same. When it restarts it has the Fitbit logo and 100. Can seem to get it out of this loop. Maybe throw the almost new device away and get another brand!!!

This was unable to be resolved by the support team, so Fitbit are providing a new replacement device. Thank you Fitbit. Much appreciated.

Sometimes I have to go through this process 8-10 times before it will actually restart. It's very annoying and makes my fingers hurt but I do eventually get it to restart. Also, make sure when you are doing this that the contacts on the back of the watch don't have a film of yuck on them.
