Just got a fitbit charge 3 and was very excited.
I connected my fitbit and it has connected to Bluetooth but not to the app. I've put in the 4 digit code and it just says connected to fitbit and after hours it says 'Something went wrong'. It's been hours now ;(
Ive restarted my phone (Iphone XR which is fully updated), I've turned Bluetooth on and off, I've rebooted my fitbit and erased all its data. I can't click 'forget device' on my iPhone which has seeded to work for some people. What can I do to get it to connect to the app.

I am having this exact same issue and it’s driving me nuts.
I’ve been able to get it to sync initially once on occasion, but after that initial sync it stops syncing. My Charge 3 is right out of the box too.
