Fitbit charge 3 won't pair anymore, tried everything

My Fitbit charge 3 wasn't syncing sleep anymore since 04/10. I unpared the tracker from my account, rebootet the tracker, turned off bluetooth on my smartphone (Moto G8 plus) and back on, uninstalled the Fitbit-app on my smartphone, installed it all again and ,... nothing works. Now the device won,'t even pair anymore, it shows a code to pair, it starts pairing but that's it. What can I do?

My wife's charge 3 started not syncing 2 weeks ago, then mine a week ago. Now same as yours. Both start the pairing process and give the 4 digit number, then stuck forever connecting.

Starting to think its a FItbit server issue. 😞

Had to give up and do a factory reset, loses all data on the phone, but at least it stopped them being two pieces of junk. Next time it does it, in the bin.

This was how I got fixed. First part did not work, had to progress to the clear data. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2WX6vT0N4J0

I had same issue messaged fitbit on Facebook. They got back to me quickly said delete charge 3 from Bluetooth then reconnect if that doesn't work do a factory reset on device. I ended up doing that. Lost my data but tracker reconnected so at least I can start tracking my fitness again. Hope this helps x

Yup same, stopped connecting to Bluetooth last week, I’ve restarted and now done a factory reset, I’ve deleted and reinstalled app restarted my phone countless times and tried connecting to my computer and iPad and basically it doesn’t work anymore, only bought it 6 months ago too 🤬🤬
