Fitbit charge 3 won’t reboot or go on at all

I have Fitbit charge 3.  Last week I had it on to swim and after I got out of water it kept vibrating but charge was low so I recharged back to 83%. Then the time was off so I figured that out and got time corrected but then it went black screen. Tried to restart with charger and it just kept vibrating but would not go on - now it does nothing 
not sure if there is anything else to try
