Fitbit charge 4 band stub broken

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit charge 4 upper band stub that goes into the band is broken. Initially I thought the crews were loose and it was not. I even changed the bands and same problem, upon close inspection, I noticed the plastic was broken from the body. I have had this Fitbit for less than a year and I am bit disappointed with this. How can this be rectified?

that happened to me too a few weeks ago. I cleaned it really good and put it back together and super glued it back. the band clicked in but not as good as I would trust it. I use pony tails and wrap it around my wrist. I also put it in my pocket or hang it off my pant tie. It counts good enough when I do those options. Let me know what you do.

I had the same problem a couple months ago. I just contacted Fitbit and they replaced it for me. Worth a call or email to ask!

I had this problem. Screws had sheared off. Called them, sent them pics, they sent me a replacement piece. Found it wasn't a new replacement, was refurbished, country of origin was shown as Vietnam. Have had it around 2 weeks and the battery is not the best either. Needs charging about every 3 days. Don't think I'll stick long term with Fitbit. Not impressed with app this week either.
