HI everyone
I recently bought a Charge 4 for my son. It was new in a box from an eBay seller. It charges to 100%, but when I take it off the charger it won't work. It has connected to my son's app, but nothing displays on the device screen. Please help.

When you made the purchased from EBay did it offer you the option to add on the Square Trade Protection Plan?
If you purchased that plan you can submit a claim to them if all else fails. The same thing happened to me a few years ago, so now I always ask the seller to add on the protection plan.
