Fitbit charge 4 not sending reminder to move every hour

I am so disappointed with charge 4. More issues with this then I ever had with my charge 2.

there is an option to turn on the reminder to move every hour but it doesn’t work.

what is the point of having this option when it doesn’t work.

also yesterday my screen wasn’t lightning up and after contacting customer service who I must admit are very helpful, I had to go through complicated way to brighten my screen. This in my device. I would have preferred to have all these options on the app and not in the device.😡

Reminder to move, will only happen, at 10 minutes to the hour, if there is less than 250 steps for the hour. 

As for your brightness setting, users wanted this to be moved to the tracker, I don't think anyone objected and asked for the setting to also stay on the app.

Well the reminder to move is not happening at all. This is my issue.
