Fitbit charge 4 quite notifying me of steps 10 mins before the hour is up. And I’m not getting notif

My Fitbit charge 4 is messed up!  It quit notifying me of steps needed before the end of each hour and I’m not getting the challenge invites - it got an email but when I try to “join” it says the page isn’t working. Any way to fix that??

Hi @KymberlyMe  you can't join by clicking a link in an email. You can accept on your phone's app. You try doing that?

Mine also stopped notifying me over the last week or so.  Also the sleep tracker doesn't give me sleep scores for the last few weeks. Maybe there was an update that broke it?

I had somehow turned on the DND so that’s why my notifications weren’t coming through. Maybe that’s what happened to your also.
