Hello Guys,

 

Been trying to solve this problem but I followed the latest solutions (2018) and this happened: the tracker eventually started to update until the end of the bar, then it flashed and went again to the middle. Stuck again.

When I try to update using the mac app it says it is already updated.

 

Nothing happens using the Xiaomi phones (they detect the tracker's bluetooth but cannot connect).

 

What can I do more????

 

Please help...
