My fitbit hr will not respond i tried restarting and and the button didn't even turn on the screen. The only thing that turns on is the green light when I plug it in. I have no idea what to do!

 

Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. My fitbit charge HR arrived yesterday. I charged it overnight. When I unplug it, it does not respond when I pressed the side button.

How do I set the time? all of a sudden my three year old has fallen behind on the time.
