Fitbit charge3 not showing sleep score

I was told the charge 3 will show me my sleep score but I’m not getting the reading. Is this no longer available on the 3?

It does. Until 2 days ago when it stopped to show my sleep.

I turned off sleep insights and scheduled sleep time and it works. I can see my sleep score now.
