Hello @HananA are you using the Fitbit app and the add device, to connect the Charge 3 to your Fitbit account?

May i ask which phone?

Also at what step does the setup fail? Any error messages?

I have now removed my tracker from the Fitbit app. I have tried to set up the tracker again on the app but for some reason the app can’t find the tracker via Bluetooth. I have tried turn the Bluetooth off and turned it back on now change and I have also reset my Fitbit. I am soo disappointed cause I can’t speak to a technician and because I spent 200 pound on this tracker. Please please get back to me as soon as possible

I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried everything. I was successful in syncing once but then in seems to have crashed.  Very disappointing!

I am not only disappointed but furious.  The display of my charge 3 didn’t work anymore. After less than a year.  Ispoke to amazon and received a replacement on one day. Perfect service.  But the new charge three wants a firmware update and it always crashes.  I keep getting exclamation marks on the display and error messages on the App.  I have reinstalled everything, reset the charge 3 at least 10 times but it doesn’t work.  Funnily it wants to connect as Antares which I believe is another Fitbit device.  The **ahem** thing has cost me half the afternoon. They better help me fast, otherwise I’ll return the device and go to a decent tech company.
