Fitbit dead after being submerged in hot tub

After wearing in hot tub, fit bit is dead. Will not charge. Is there a reset button? Submerged many times before without issue. Could contacts be compromised? Please help.

Its not supposed to be submerged in water.

Its sweat and rain proof only not water proof.

You can try a restart but if you started to charge it after submering you proably killed it.

I have same problem. I specifically purchased charge 3 as it said you can swim with it which I’m done loads of times before and it’s been fine. The info said it was waterproof and it has been to date but it’s now completely unresponsive after being in the bath. Is there a fix for this?
