I have two Charge 4, never had any problems with them. For the first time my wife and I decided to use them at the pool. We called Fitbit to confirm and they assured us that they would indeed be water resistant. The box claims that is is also water resistant. Both will not function now. We have tried everything possibe to restart them with no results. Fitbit should stop advertising these devices as water resistant.

Water resistance is not waterproof.
No deep swims, no diving, no hot tub or Jacuzzi with water jets, etc
