My fitbit charge 4 died and it was a day or two before I charged it. Since then it's been unable to sync. I tried setting it up as a new device but get the message "setup is taking longer than expected" which stays like that for hours. I've tried restarting my phone, restarting the Bluetooth connection, and reinstalling the app. None of this has worked so far. What should I do?

Mine is also dead! It was 92% charged last evening. And since this morning it only gives the vibration when I press the button. Nothing else, no light, nothing...
