Hi, I know this topic has been discussed at length. Unfortunately, none of the suggested reboots have worked. I tried to change the clock face but I get a message in the app saying it can't find the Fitbit even though I have my phone in my hand while wearing the device. This has been going on for 2 days now. This was given as a gift in January and it's been relatively trouble free until now. I'm getting frustrated and I hope I can get some help. I can't wear it because of the vibrating, it's very annoying, and the time is off by several hours. Some one please give me some help!
