My fitbit charge 3 was presenting a glitch, vibrating and showing the battery icon every 30 seconds. I tried resetting the device, cleaning the data, syncing again and all that stuff. Nothing worked so I just left it connected to the power over night ‘cause that was the only way it stopped the vibrating alert. This morning it appeared to be ok, but my watch apparently ran out of battery in the middle of the day and now doesn’t show anything on screen anymore and doesn’t connect to the app. When I press the button on the side, it vibrates but nothing happens other than that. I tried doing the reset connected to the power with no success either. Could you please help me? This watch is not even 1,5 year old and I take good care of iT
