Fitbit iOS app on phone is locked

it is locked and won't let me click on anything to add food, water, exercise etc.  It is tracking steps and heart rate but won't let me do anything else.

@Mncount12 It's great to see you in the Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Fitbit app not responding. Try force closing the app, restart your phone and then log back in. If the issue persists then try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Also make sure the app is up to date.
