Hi , all commmunication , blogs, sales are geared for USA, UK and Australia . Can you include South Africa too

If you go to the Support Page, you will see your current country selected in the lower right hand corner. Select your country (in my case, the United States), and you will be able to change all the information on the page to your country of choice (in your case, South Africa). I just changed mine to South Africa really quickly and was able to get all the Support details for South Africa by doing this.

Got it ! I am referring to marketing , sales, runs and fitness activities for South Africans also ....not just for the USA. Basically, it is what is happening in my world not the USA . The USA matters can still be communicated but I want to feel included by having South African information.

Hi,my fitbit versa lite died and its only 5 months old.I bought it at a local retailer here in South Africa.I suspect the batteries has run out.Is there a place i can take it to for battery replacement in Johannesburg? I still love it very much,plz help
