I’m brand new to this please help!

I have a Fitbit inspire after I do the relax breathing a symbol of a person meditating comes up and says 1 day but I can’t seem to click on it maybe it means day one I started this excercise today?? It’s driving me nuts please help!!! Thanks!!!

On mine, a different tracker model, it says '1 of 7 days relaxed", with a bit of a circle started around the guy.  I think it's showing how many days this week you have done the relaxation app, like saying how many days this week you did a workout, but it's only on the tracker, not on the phone app.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
