My Fitbit keeps flicking to the DND screen 

also heartbeat is also not there or ridiculously high 

my calorie count is also off the scale when I haven’t don’t anything. 

anyone else had these issues ? 

Fitbit just say too old and but a new one 

 

tried the re-  boot etc ..but no joy
