My Fitbit wouldn’t connect to my phone and my dad told me it was easy to fix by removing the charge 3 and reloading it as a new band, however as I tried this I can’t get my charge 3 to reconnect with my phones Bluetooth. Also there are spots on the screen that are blacked out and I don’t understand why. My fit bit is only 7 months old so I wouldn’t think it should be doing that yet. Thanks CJS
