Hi my new Samsung A20e will not link with my charge 2.  It is syncing and updating but I am not receiving notifications and phone calls etc etc.  This is most frustrating as now I cannot change the phone.  I have looked on the community forums and have tried the suggestions but they are not working.

Hi, have you turned off notifications by mistake? Press n hold button on your charge for a second. Should switch it on if that’s the problem
