My steps are showing but I have worked twice and it’s not showing up only my step count. I have my Fitbit set to recognize any exercise that is more than 10 minutes. I have rebooted my phone still not seeing my most recent 30 min workout. Help!!!

What exercises are configured to be auto-recognized, and what exercises did it not auto-recognize?
What type of mobile device, operating system version and Fitbit app version?

The thing they always suggest first is to try resetting your tracker:

They also like to recommend clearing the cache in your phone app. Since the tracker is not recognizing the activity, I'd guess the first one is a more likely solution. If resetting your Charge 2 doesn't work, then try clearing your app cache.
You can also manually start tracking exercises, which is what I usually do:
Good luck

Has this resolved? I am wondering if somehow the auto-recognize settings got tuned off.

Hi, Im also facing the same issue. I used Fitbit Luxed for about 10 days and discovered on the dashboard on my 10th day that the total steps and activity time doesnt tally with the accumulated activities recorded. Can somebody please share and explain why is the device not working properly?
