Can anyone advise, my Fitbit charge 2 is not showing txt messages, Although calls are working, iv done all the trouble shooting I.e notifications are on, iv reset my Fitbit and still not working , what am I missing or doing wrong?

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?
