My fitbit charge 2 is living it's own life. Notifications turns on and off continuesly and I can't get up any other menu.. tried restart but it doesnt help.

If you press and hold the button on the Charge 2 is toggles between notifications on and off so it sounds like the button has got stuck in. See if you can release it - perhaps try an old toothbrush if it's possibly got dirt stuck in it.
